No cleaning out side of the house, There were many dry leaves and other trees things that has been on a porch

Cute. Location was perfect. Rooms just as described. Linens were perfect and there were plenty of towels.
Some of the decor is broken. The comforters are old and getting ratty. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it smelled toxic and we couldn’t even use it. Master bath is dark and curtain in front of shower doors needs to be removed because either makes the shower even darker and it’s unnecessary. The shower door on the main level is very hard to slide.

The location fantastic. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Views are amazing. Hot tub was great.
House needs finished updating. The cues are broken or worn, door bottom jam going inside coming apart. The parking is very limited to one vehicle. Stairs down from car steep and loose. Had difficulty with cable cutting in and out while watching a game.
