Lanza Boat

Above, the price of this accommodation, it has the great advantage of providing a memorable experience and one that would beat most average-priced land-based accommodation. I would recommend it but there are a few factors that may not suit everybody. First, getting on and off the boat requires effort, pulling yourself up while holding a rope and striding to get off so you don't end up in the water. Second, there is a nightclub a short distance from the boat, which plays loud music until six in the morning on Friday and Saturday and something like midnight on Sunday. Third, toilets and showers are a short walk away and lastly, it can get quite hot in the cabin on a sunny day.

There's nothing I didn't like but some may object to noise from the nightclub at the weekend. All of the other things comes with renting a boat in a marina, which you have to accept.

We loved the unique experience and the adventurous side of staying at Lanza Boat! The owner was the kindest, the boat was small but complete with everything and waking up on water is priceless! Also the temperature of the boat with the window semi open (as the host suggested) was perfect, we didn't feel too hot.

The people in the reviews pointing out the noise from the clubs ARE NOT exaggerating ahah, but we slept (on Sunday, on Saturday I would say we "rested our eyes") in the boat on the weekend, so it should have been foreseen :)

It’s functional and not totally uncomfortable

It’s small and cramped to a large degree but you know that from the advertisement. The major dislike is that it is 80metres from the Karma nightclub on the marina. This club is currently open Friday and Saturday 23:30-06:00 and can be very very loud. Please take note of this as it will bother some people and not others.
