Duży apartament, bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka i aneks kuchenny ze zmywarką i lodówką. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu przystanek tramwajowy, autobusowy i Biedronka 🙂 Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.
Zapach tytoniu w apartamencie, gorąco w lecie i ruch uliczny, ale to w końcu Warszawa 😉

W zasadzie wszystko na 5+. Bardzo sprawny i szybki kontakt z zarządcą (ogromny plus), na każde pytanie szybka odpowiedź. Parking podziemny. Piękny, przestronny apartament. Wyposażenie kuchni w porządku. Czysto przede wszystkim. Lokalizacja obok przystanków tramwajowych, niedaleko metro. Lokale gastronomiczne w budynku, sklepy spożywcze nieopodal. Fajny przytulny taras.
Zadbałbym o wyczyszczenie z kurzu wyposażenia ozdobnego i oświetlenia.

Przestrzenne zadbane czyste mieszkanie w dobrej dla mnie lokalizacji.
Na początku miałam problem z wejściem do odpowiedniej klatki, ale koniec języka za przewodnika. :)
