Our stay was amazing ! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was absolutely clean. We’re in love with the interior style and the host is super nice :) The small city Ojen is cute and only 20 minutes away from Marbella. We look forward to come back some day !

Durmiendo con cucarachas

La ubicación dentro del pueblo y la casa era acogedora

Al llegar al apartamento por la noche nos encontramos con cucarachas en la mesita de noche. Avisamos a la propietaria y acudió de inmediato, dadas la horas no nos dio ninguna solución y tuvimos que dormir esa noche con ello. Al día siguiente la propietaria desinfecto y selló los rodapiés por donde salían. Esa misma noche volvieron a aparecer cucarachas en la cama, contactamos con la propietaria y no tuvimos respuesta teniendo que volver a dormir en esas condiciones. Al tercer día volvimos a contactar con la propietaria para que nos reembolsaran la estancia o realojarnos en otro sitio. Su respuesta fue que se negaban a ambas opciones dándonos como única solución continuar la estancia, abandonándola un día antes y SOLO reembolsando esa noche. Pretendían que siguiésemos durmiendo en el apartamento aun sabiendo que había cucarachas. Como ultimo recurso pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones. A la mañana siguiente nos ofrecieron una devolución integra de la estancia poniendo de excusa que no habían entendido bien nuestras peticiones (miedo a sanidad)

Lleno de insectos y eso no es limpio

Solo el silencio que actualmente lo hay en todos los apartamentos

Estaba lleno de insectos la cama y tuvimos que dormir en el sofá . Caían insectos del techo y solo usó un insecticida que empeoró la situación. Sencillamente no debe dar el servicio proque una persona no puede dormir entre insectos hormigas y cucarachas. Mi novia tiene fobia y es muy entendendible que quiera dormir en el suelo o sofá ya que no teníamos otra opción por lo alegado que está el lugar .

meravigliosa casetta nel cuore di cojen, un piccolo caratteristico paesino vicino marbella…la casa è meravigliosa, uno stile che personalmente adoro, in più pulita, spaziosa e abbiamo trovato di tutto! anche per cucinare ecc … olio, sale…insomma davvero perfetta! host gentilissima e disponibile, grazie mille! alla prossima

La ubicación y la limpieza.

Las fotos engañan. Es muy pequeño y la persona que lo gestiona no entiende casi nada de español. La cisterna estuvo rota durante toda la estancia y aunque intentaron arreglarlo, siendo julio y con poco margen, no dio tiempo. En definitiva, estuvimos dos días sin poder usar el baño para agus mayores, con lo que ello supone. Eso si, nos regalaron una botella de vino blanco para compensar el destrozo, aunque hubiéramos preferido tener un baño disponible. Por otro lado, cuando entras de noche cuesta encontrar el interruptor de la luz, ya que no hay en el hall y hay que buscarlo en la cocina integrada en el salón con la linterna del móvil. No había alfombrilla del baño. En definitiva, no repetiríamos.
