Near New 4br townhouse next to shopping mall

3 levels was pretty cool

Nothing it was perfect

convenient location and set up for kids and adults except for stairs . could maybe have just had few extra blankets as we had people who get cold easily . overall very good

Location was lovely. Closer to shops. Beds were comfy as. Easy access on arrival. Kitchen well equipped.

It is in a fantastic location and had plenty of space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well presented. Most of the beds were very comfortable.

The pictures on the Booking.com app showed an apartment complex so I was not expecting a 3 level house. I was travelling with people in their 70’s who struggle with stairs so it was an issue for them. Please update your pictures to show the actual property, not a building across the waterway. One of the single beds creaked so much that every time my daughter rolled over she was woken up. The property needs a good deep clean and the layer of dust under the TV cabinet was terrible. The back sliding door did not lock although the screen did, but not great security. I also had to borrow mugs and cutlery from family who live in Robina as there was not enough for every person. Bedding was not adequate. Only 3 pillows on 2 of the queen beds when both people slept with 2 pillows each. It was also cold at night and we don’t like to sleep with heating on so some extra blankets would have been appreciated. Not having tea, coffee and even uht milk made the place feel unwelcoming.
