Que tenga aire acondicionado fue muy bueno. El silencio y la privacidad.
Tenía fallas en el funcionamiento de algunas prestaciones. El inodoro perdía y 2 luces importantes no funcionaban, pero fueron detalles que no opacaron lo bueno de la estadía.

Me gustó la facilidad para buscar las llaves y no depender de una persona que te las entregue. El aniftrión excelente, muy amable y coordinar la estadía fue simple y práctico.
El colchón y las almohadas son muy incómodos. El lugar es demasiado ruidoso, se escuchan mucho los ruidos de la calle y de los vecinos. Viajo permanentemente por mi trabajo y utilizo el alquiler temporario habitualmente. Este lugar no está a la altura del precio que se paga.
