    Arrived at 2am, no receptionist onsite. Had to wait til 7am to be checked in. Called customer service and told me we had no booking which agitated the situation. Called Agoda and said booking is confirmed. Spoke to the manager and said the 1st night is free, upon check out, they billed us for the first night. Had to complain that we didnt get to check in on our first night til 7am and waited at the lobby for 5 hours with childern who came from an international flight.
