There were renovations of the kitchen during our stay so we had to go to neighbouring elements hotel

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the gardens around the hotel are beautiful. The location is away from the heart of the city but easy to get to by taxi. Overall it was a great place to stay

Cleanliness,location
No one speaks English. Concierge service is only about watching left luggage, nothing else. No assistance with baggage delivery to the room. Guidance in the city and surrounding is very poor. Need to be instructed on concierge service duties. The smell in the lobby is terrible. Room smells cigaret smoke. WiFi speed is 20-30mbp. Safari,Gmail,google maps,IG,WhatsApp,YouTube doesn’t work.
