Excellent quiet location, you are much closer to the mosque than it looks in the photos. Convenient location to the marina mall with a footbridge connection along the promenade.
Good choice of cafes and restaurants in the plaza below the apartment.
Very welcoming and helpful security staff. You will feel safe.
2 gyms nearby also.
These aren't negative comments, just info for awareness and advice.
Be careful of the lifts, don't get in if more than 3 people as this causes the lift to stop, speaking from first hand experience!
Whilst the apartment has a balcony, the air con extractor is fitted to the same wall so all of the heat fills the space, Remember to turn the a/c off if planning on using the balcony area. Great space for drying wet clothes really fast though!

Great location, close to Marina Shopping Mall.
The bed is very small.
Some furniture needs reparation.
Internet was gone for a day, but the owner tried to do her best.
Small shower with strange water pulsation.
