Walking into this sweet home, you are greeted with a homey comfortable atmosphere that has been tastefully decorated. I love that there is plenty of space on the spacious lounge for everyone to sit, just like there is around the dining table. The home was toasty warm on the cool Ballarat nights. I appreciated the attempt to make things welcoming in the kitchen with the tea and coffee, milk and chocolates! They were appreciated!
I felt the mattresses were all too soft and slept better on the children’s beds. The pillows were likewise too low and even when placed on top of each other not very comfortable. (Our next Air BnB home used IKEA pillows which were higher, soft and so comfortable!) The kids slept well but myself and my Mother found the beds/pillows not very comfortable. I felt it was a bit overpriced for Ballarat, I paid a similar price for a place in Melb that was larger and better equipped.

Close to the city and vwry comfortable
Would have liked some tissue boxes and serviettes or paper towels in the kitchen. Had to go out and purchase our own.
