Maria Rooms

My wife and I stayed here for four nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. No matter where you stay on Chios, there will always be places that are far away because the island is long and the road network often requires you to drive around rather than directly. If you have a car, I don’t think location should be your main concern. What makes this property special is that it is very close to the sea, in a peaceful and quiet area. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes was a real advantage. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything two people could need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we even noticed thoughtful details such as the system that automatically turns it off when the door is open. It shows how much attention has been given to guests’ comfort. The balcony was lovely, with a beautiful view where we enjoyed spending our evenings. The design of the property provides excellent privacy, as every room has its own separate entrance and feels well isolated from the others. There is also convenient parking, and the location is a great starting point for exploring the island’s beautiful beaches by car. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was large enough even for a family with a child. The bathroom always had hot water, the towels were spotless, and both the room and towels were refreshed every day. The greatest asset of this property is undoubtedly Maria. She is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests. You can feel her attention to detail everywhere. When we arrived, she had left small sweets and fresh croissants in the room, which was such a thoughtful welcome. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, and all we had to do was send her a message after making our reservation. If we ever return to Chios, we will definitely stay here again.

Πρώτα από όλα η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ένας πολύ εξυπηρετικός και γλυκός άνθρωπος, μας βοήθησε να μπούμε νωρίτερα στο δωμάτιο αλλά και να κάνουμε late check in λόγω της ώρας του ταξιδιού μας. Μας άφησε λιχουδιές και γλυκίσματα κατά το καλωσόρισμα αλλά και κατά την αναχώρηση μας. Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα και η θέα ήταν απλά φανταστική! Εννοείται πως βολεύει πολύ ένα όχημα για την μετακίνηση ως προς το κέντρο κλπ.

Η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο ήταν λίγο χαμηλή αλλά όχι πρόβλημα!
