Very good location, close to subway and several stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Nice, safe building and neighborhood.
The bathroom door is very hard to open. It’s a sliding door and it gets stuck. The couch from the living room is broken. The big shower head is also broken and splashes water everywhere. The light fixture in the living room was also broken, as well as a wine glass, which indicates there isn’t much care between guest stays aside from cleaning. On the last night, the property administrator wrote to me stating that I had selected a 9am checkout time, which I strongly doubt I would have picked willingly if there was a possibility to select a longer stay, I then replied immediately with a message asking if we could stay till 10 or 11am(which is the checkout time advertised on booking), to which I got a reply the next day after 11am, a reply which was useless, since we rushed to leave the apartment by 9am.

"It was in the most perfect location, the metro is a few minutes walk from here. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was perfect!!!! Very helpful staff."
