Everything about the place! The location is 7 minutes walking to the beach, and a comfortable 10-15minute walk to the old town. The location is vey quiet. Great a/c and a good breakfast selection offering both sweet and savoury options. The bonus is that the hosts, Raffaele and Paola are there each morning to make coffees and tea to order. They are very friendly and focussed on meeting guests needs. I felt at home and very welcomed. Raffaele's dining suggestions didnt disappoint. If you are there on a Saturday dont miss the Tropea market which is literally 5 minutes away. The room was very clean and spacious. On street parking readily available. Nicely decorated place close to the train station.

The water pressure of the shower was very, very low - we couldn't take a proper shower. The garden and kitchen are open only during breakfast time, outside of that you can't stay in the garden or even make a coffee if you need to leave earlier.
