My ratings are all over the shop for a reason. Upon arrival, the motel looked closed. Reception office closed. Unkempt garden and lawns. Clearly undergoing renovation. Lots of new appliances in every room and it's early days to give an excellent review.
Closed office. Didn't meet any staff whatsoever. Unkempt gardens and lawns. Shower head useless. This motel was also the most expensive amongst 7 others that I stayed at on my Sydney - Adelaide trip. It was even more expensive that my North Adelaide accommodation which was exceptional.

Always stay here when in Ouyen. Large comfy rooms with parking out front. Accomodating hosts. Great location so easy walking to all amenities. A visit to the lake a must.

It did look like the rooms had been renovated including the shower/ bathroom. The motel is a short walk to nearby petrol stations and local pub.
The standard of housekeeping in the rooms was poor with no additional pillows and only two blankets, no doona or coverlet. The bed was too firm for me.
