Cosy and quiet

We confirm all positive comments from previous reviews. To add: the house is very warm in the winter months. We stayed 4 nights in mid December. We found the kitchen and the other facilities very high quality and in good shape. On all days, there was a parking place in front of the house or max 10 meters away. We, therefore, did not have to use the garage (which was available to use if we wanted). The bedrooms were extremely quiet. No noise from outside or from neighbouring houses.

We liked everything. A very small thing: we could not turn on the lights above the burners of the stove. Maybe we were pressing the wrong button or maybe the small light bulbs need to be checked. As said, this is not important. The house is excellent in all respect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and facilities of the apartment provided everything we needed.

Beds were super comfy. Nice apartment and a great location for visiting Spa.

The stairs were very creaky, which meant others could be woken by people going up or downstairs during the evening/night/early morning. Sadly, there was lots of noise from street cleaners and dustbin men in the early mornings.

Great location and comfortable place to stay

We really liked the location of the flat. It was within walking distance to shops and the tourist office. Although there is a garage for the car, (it's narrow and would be a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car) we didn't need it as the parking on the lane was easy to find, untimed and free. All the rooms had fans which were needed as it was very hot when we were there which is why we didn't use the sauna. The decor was lovely and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed and a very big fridge. Good communication from the property. Would recommend this place to other travellers.

It would be good to have an iron. We couldn't find one.

Ideal property for visit to Spa- Francorchamp Cct

Very well equipped apartment, including garage for motorcycles and sauna, spotlessly clean. Central location in Spa, near to shops, bars and restaurants, and 10 minute drive to circuit de Spa-Francorchamp. Communications with proprietor were very clear ensuring easy access to property on arrival.

Highly recommend!!

Good location in front of the Thermes de Spa. Restaurants and grocery shops were all in walking distance. The house was clean and spacious with sauna! We really enjoyed the sauna every day.

Two lines of the stoves in the sauna were broken, so it took some time to heat the room up but it's very minor thing.

Zalig genieten in Spa

Een schitterend verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Ook de locatie vlak bij het centrum is zeer fijn. Wij hebben daar de pelletkachel ontdekt. Een zalige warmte. Topverblijf!!!

Pellet kachel voor verwarming, dus geen afzonderlijke verwarming in de kamers. Maar als je de deuren openlaat geen probleem

Bel appartement et emplacement mais ...

Emplacement et équipement de l'appartement très bien

Les matelas des lits simples sont à changer. On a l'impression de dormir sur des lits d'appoint. Il faisait 17C° quand on est arrivée vendredi à 18h. Il n’y a pas de chauffage et le thermostat du poêle à pellets ne fonctionne pas. La première nuit nous nous sommes réveillés à 3h30 du matin car il faisait 25 C°. Le lendemain nous avons contacté poliment la propriétaire pour lui demander comment résoudre le problème ou si elle pouvait venir. Elle a dit quelle ne pouvait pas venir sur place et que c'était comme une chaufrette on ou off, pas de thermostat. Donc il faut couper en allant vous coucher en espérant qu'il ne fasse pas froid dehors comme nous où il gelait et donc froid le matin. Au prix du logement, la propriétaire pourrait faire réparer le thermostat du poêle.

L'emplacement est très proche du centre et très agrèable. C'est un amenagement justicieux et avec beaucoup de gout. Nous recommandons cette location!

Logement idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied du funiculaire pour les thermes de Spa. À proximité des commerces et des sentiers de balade. Emplacement en face du parc, idéal lorsque l’on voyage avec son chien.

Een fijn, schoon verblijf met een perfecte locatie.

Het huis is weg schoon, er is veel ruimte en de ligging is perfect.

Weinig op aan te merken. Het had misschien wel handig geweest als er een wasrek aanwezig was, maar verder ben ik meer dan tevreden.

Joli gîte que je recommande

Joli Gîte, très propre, bien situé tout en étant au calme. Tout le nécessaire y est.

L'extérieur est commun à plusieurs maisons et pas très agréable. Mais heureusement il y a un beau parc juste en face du gîte. Les lits simples ne sont pas très confortables.

Weekend relax à Spa

Super endroit. en plein centre. Tout le nécessaire sur place. Un sauna, un plus ! Living lumineux avec vue sur la Gallérie Léopold II - Parc des Sept Heures. Literie impec., déco sympa, bref tout ce qu'il faut. Sandrine très sympa, réactive et à l'écoute.

Ein schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist ein sehr schöner Ort an dem man gemütliche Abende verbringen kann. Das Bad ist sehr schön und die Sauna hat für die nötige Entspannung gesorgt.

Die zwei Einzelbetten waren leider nicht bequem und auf den Holzstühlen im Esszimmer könnte man mit zusätzlichen Sitzkissen noch besser sitzen.

L’endroit est idéal, en plein centre de Spa. Pourtant, nous avons été au calme tout le long du séjour. Le gîte est super bien décoré, confortable et très chaleureux !

Een aanrader

Heel gezellige woning, alles was aanwezig. Proper huisje, gratis parking voor de deur. Vlak aan het centrum maar ook aan de natuur. Extraatje was uiteraard de sauna

De trap vonden we wat gevaarlijk voor ons zoontje van 19 maanden. Sauna bevindt zich in de inkom maar daarom niet minder gewaardeerd.
