The Olive Zip Kalyan Nagar by Embassy is very professionally managed. The staff is very efficient and customer friendly. The location is very good due to proximity of great eateries.

My first impression was okay, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. I was initially allotted Room G7. The room itself was reasonably clean and comfortable, but it was not the type of room I had booked. I had specifically booked a single large bed, but they gave me a twin bed room instead. More importantly, there was absolutely no network connectivity inside the room. I spoke to the floor manager about this, but I was told that there were no other rooms available. Later, another manager (who is short and had a mole on face )told me that the network issue was not limited to my room and that there was no network on any of the floors. However, this did not seem to be true because my mobile network was working perfectly outside the room and stopped as soon as I entered it. After repeatedly explaining the issue to the reception staff, I finally requested another room because the situation was not acceptable. They asked me to wait for about five minutes, after which I was given a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. Even basic amenities were missing, and the TV was in such poor condition that it was barely watchable. Overall, the service was very disappointing and far below what I expected. I definitely would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this place to others.
