Riverview Hideaway, 3 Mi to Dtwn Cincinnati

This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin blanket), no real curtains in the front room so the sun was tough in the morning, the fridge light didn't work, the kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning/adjustments to fix askew cabinet doors, the living room carpet needs replacing, and the shower rod in the bathroom kept falling off. The bugs weren't a problem - they fly, they get in sometimes, we just swept them up. The TV and internet worked well, and the washing machine and dryer were brand new. All in all, great location, just a few suggested updates!
