**We are located in the desert with lots of native wildlife. Please be aware this includes snakes, mice, coyotes, insects, etc.**
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (excluded propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

This property was overall one of my favorites to stay at. Everything you could possibly need is there. The kitchen was my favorite part of the house! The kids enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table, and of course my husband enjoyed the HUGE tv! There’s something for everyone. The house is close to shopping and dining options. Plenty of essentials provided. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!
