About this house rental
Enjoy the convenience of being 350ft (1 minute walk) from the beach access: bring chairs, umbrella, toys and everything else you need but be back home in no-time for meals, restroom break, enjoy the pool or to take a nice siesta. The outdoor entertainment area offers heated pool, ping-pong table, comfortable sitting area with TV, dining table and a plus size charcoal grill. Close proximity to dining and entertainment options: Captain Curt’s, Crescent Club, Tiki Bar, Orange Octopus
The space
If you are looking for comfort and convenience this is the place for you. Time to enjoy the beach? You will be 1 minute walk from the beach access by the well known “Mansion”. It is super convenient to be that close to the beach. Why? Because you can be home in a few minutes for lunch, a bathroom break, refresh yourself in the pool or even take a nice “siesta”. Leave chairs, umbrellas and toys at the beach and come back later to keep enjoying the sun or to admire the famous Siesta Key Sunset. This south side of Siesta Key, known as Point of Rocks, is also great for snorkling and fishing by the rocks. Hungry? The fully equipped open concept kitchen and large size grill on your own back yard will allow you to cook delicious meals and flavorful steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs. Time to rest? 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with loft/office area and screened patio allow for privacy to shower, change, rest or even work :(
The max capacity of 6 allows for flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements while avoiding crowded rooms. Time to relax? Get a drink and sit by the pool and watch a game or favorite show. Raining? No problem as the covered area with ping-pong table, dining/game table, TV and comfortable sitting allow for outdoor enjoyment when raining. Want to exercise? Go for a calm hike or bike ride through the neighborhood. Time to hang? Walk to bars and restaurants close by: Tiki Bar, Crescent Club, Captain Curt’s, Pizza N’ Brew, Clayton’s and Daiquiri Deck.

The 2 story townhome was excellent. Close to stores and restaurants and even closer to beach access. The beach access (13) is at end of beach so it wasn’t as busy but beach and water were ideal. Tired or the beach? Relax in salt water pool with TV and fridge close by. Full amenities and some nice surprises when we checked in!
