This apartment has all the amenities and is perfectly connected to the routes that link you to the city center by car or Metro, as it is near the Valdebebas station.
Likewise, you will be close to the Valdebebas Forest Park, the Alfredo di Stefano Museum, and just a few steps from the Real Madrid Sports City, this location is an exclusive area that will lead you to live unique experiences.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
