About this house rental

This holiday home is one of four under one roof and has its OWN fenced garden of approx. 250 square metres. The house is situated on a cosy and car-free holiday complex, about 500 metres from the old fishing village of Stavenisse. There is a covered terrace next to the house. A fig tree and a quince tree round off the idyllic garden.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area for 6 people, a cupboard with a Smart TV and a leather sofa with 5 seats and two armchairs. There is also a bedroom and the bathroom. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another room (box spring bed for one person, which is open to the living room). There is also a wardrobe in each bedroom. A high chair and a cot are available. Free Internet/WIFI and in the restaurant. Central heating completes our offer. According to our guests, the crockery, glasses etc. are exceptionally well equipped.
There are 2 parking spaces on the holiday complex. A handcart is at your disposal so that you can easily bring your luggage to the house.
A 35 square metre covered terrace is right next to the house. A table for 6 people with table and chairs invites you to linger and barbecue (charcoal grill available). The garden is fenced all round and is ideal for children and dogs.
The bungalow complex offers various leisure activities. There is a restaurant with conservatory and large outdoor terrace. There is a trampoline and various swings and seesaws for the little ones. On the large playground there is a boules court, basketball hoops, a volleyball net, a seesaw and a climbing frame. An all-weather tennis court rounds off the facilities. All these facilities are available to our guests free of charge.
The rental is for holiday and recreational purposes only. In the event of non-compliance, the rental amount including all costs will be forfeited. No refund.
Loud music and other noises are not permitted between 10.00 pm and 9.00 am. The night's rest must not be disturbed.
Enjoy the beauty of Zeeland close to the sea with marvellous sunsets. Low and high tide are evident here with a tidal range of approx. 3 metres. Excursions to the diamond city of Antwerp or to Zierikzee with its fantastic harbour. You can go on a seal safari from the neighbouring village of Sint Annaland.
