Well-appointed holiday home in peaceful surroundings close to the beach in Ålbæk.The house is located next to a green area at the end of a cul-de-sac and just 300 meters from the popular beach. At the same time, you have easy access to the town center's shops and restaurants, and the charming fishing and marina is just a nice walk away. The atmosphere is bright and friendly inside the 90 m2 summer house, which was built in 1972 and has been renovated several times. The floor plan is well suited for six people with three bedrooms and a large living area with an open-plan living room and kitchen. If you want to gather for a delicious dinner, this is the perfect place to do so, and afterwards you can move over to the sofa area for a cosy chat or to watch a movie. Finally, the floor plan is completed by a bathroom with a washing machine and shower. Outdoors, there is garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers available, and there is also an outdoor shower where you can take your morning shower under the open sky while the wild birds sing in the treetops. Wildlife is abundant here on the 3000 m2 natural grounds, so you'll have plenty of space to romp around on the lawn or roast marshmallows over the cozy fire pit. Part of the property is enclosed, and you live right next to a green area. The lawn offers plenty of space to play and kick a ball around, and there is even a basketball hoop available when you are not relaxing in the garden furniture on the large terrace. You can park your car on the gravel driveway, and thanks to the house's charging station, you can charge your electric car. The vacation home is located in a quiet area at the end of a small side road, and from here you are no more than 200 meters from Ålbæk Beach. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
