COZY LIVING AREA
Next to sunbeds besides the pool, there is a spacious living room with a direct view of the ocean, where you can watch TV, relax, have conversations, or enjoy family games. Stepping out from this area toward the sea, you'll find another lounging spot just beyond the pool. Here, you can sit on the floor cushions around a floor table, enjoying the vast ocean view, or take a peaceful afternoon nap. Close to this spot under the same roof, is an another dining area where you can savor the chef's creations while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
CHILLING
The choices are plenty for chilling. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee at the dining table just next to the main entrance or another dining area by the beach, engaging in a quiet conversation in one of the indoor and outdoor living spaces, or perhaps getting a relaxing massage by the beach while listening to the waves. Ideal place for having a cooking class for a family fun and interactive experience. Beyond the pool, there is a rest house (Sala) close to the beach, you can dine there with family during sunset. It is guests' favorite place for BBQ party because there is a garden space on the left side for grilling barbecue and it is right by the beach.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The large pool deck features a 19 x 5.5 meter infinity pool, leading to lush gardens and the beachfront. The infinity pool features waterfalls with many comfortable sunbeds and loungers spread around for perfect relaxation and sun bathing. For kids and teens, the pool has its own shallow area as a cool playground.

The Amazing location and the best service from the extraordinary crew of the villa made our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed swimming in the sea, the pool, the massages, the perfect prepared meals. Everything went so easy and seamless that we could enjoy our holiday at the fullest.

We celebrated our wedding at this stunning villa, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere was very warm and they tried to accommodate every personal request. While there were a few minor issues with the bathroom fixtures, the team responded quickly, ensuring that nothing disrupted our experience. The food was absolutely outstanding. We always over-ordered, but it was so hard to resist! The villa itself was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding. The beach and the rest of the property is very clean and private. There are countless cozy spots throughout the grounds where you can relax. One of the highlights was a massage by the ocean with the sound of waves in your ears. The owners were refreshingly easygoing when it came to organizing the wedding. We were a very small group. Despite of that other accomodations already see dollar signs when "wedding" is mentioned. Their relaxed and honest approach made planning effortless and allowed us to simply enjoy the day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or a magical place for a special occasion. I truly hope to return one day.

Dream structure, relaxation and peace are a must. Cleanliness and freshness everywhere, pool to say the least immense but the special mention goes to the beach front which is dreamy. Thank you Tom and Kate for taking care of us from start to finish and to all the staff of the villa always ready for our every need at any time. Unfortunately the location is not the best in terms of distance but with public transport you can be everywhere in 30 minutes. Only note, implement the machines in the gym, for the rest everything is extremely perfect. When we return to Koh Samui this villa will be our home again. Thank you
