• Spacious 2440 Sq Ft home: 4 bedrooms & 3 baths with 6 beds (note: twin the daybed is in the sitting room, open room, no door, no blackouts curtains).
• THE SITTING ROOM: includes a twin daybed (OPEN SPACE – no doors), a wine cart, and board games.
• Location is in a desirable Centennial neighborhood.
NOTE: This house is unsuited for anyone with mobility or steps/climb problems. Approximately 17 steps from the garage driveway to the front door, and has a handrail on the inner side of the steps. The main floor of the downstairs has 13 steps and has one handrail along the wall.

• Three 3 TCL TVs: Living room with 65" QLED Dolby Vision HDR Smart Roku; Master bedroom and garage game room each with 55” HDR Smart Roku TVs.

• We do have many items for children to make it convenient and feel like home for your travel with children. The house is not childproof. For your child/children's safety, you MUST watch and keep an eye on your child/children at all times. You are RESPONSIBLE for checking the safety of the equipment(s) provided before each use. If deemed unsafe, do not use it and report it to us for re-inspection.

Pauline was so easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and then some!This location was in a quiet and well-taken care of neighborhood and the house was THE cleanest VRBO property that I've stayed in. I mean everything was spotless.Our party consisted of myself, my husband, my 76 year old mother and my two children (9 & 10). We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed space but we also had plenty of opportunities to gather comfortably.The check-in/out process was very easy and the house rules were easy to understand. The home is close to several shopping plazas and restaurants which made our exploration of Denver, very convenient.Adding an area of opportunity would be that the mattress was a bit too firm for us the pillows were too soft. It wasn't anything to add a negative note on as I realize everyone has different sleeping preferences. The kids loved the rooms they slept in!We loved the house and would highly recommend it to others or stay there again if we're in the area.

The home was situated in a beautiful neighborhood off County Line Road. The house was perfect for our needs, with plenty of living space and bedrooms to accommodate our needs. The kitchen was upgraded and there was a great sitting area on the deck off the back of the kitchen. While we did not use the gas grill or the propane fire pit, those were certainly nice amenities to have available. Pauline was very responsive and we communicated quickly and efficiently using the VRBO app. We would certainly stay here again!
