Great place and location near downtown Riverside. Clean and had everything we needed. Easy check-in, clear instructions. Victor was very responsive and helpful. Have stayed here twice and would do so again.

Visited Riverside for a work event and home was nice and closely located to the event space. Home was nice on the inside offering all of the noted amenities. We ran into a slight issue with the master bedroom shower where the cold and hot temp were installed opposite of each other. So, to my surprise when I took a shower in the morning, I immediately thought it to be a water heater issue and took a cold shower since I had to get ready for the day. The property manager did send a plumber out to fix but they ended up just telling me the installation was incorrect and all you have to do is turn the shower on towards "C" to get hot. Also (very unprofessional) but the plumber entered the house unannounced when my team and I were getting ready for the evening to leave for the event. We are an all girls team and there was a strange man all of the sudden in our living room. Another issue was the heating system. At night it got quite chilly and the heat turned on but system turned to cold around 7am. So, we'd go to bed comfortable but wake up freezing. Overall, these were minor issues and I do recommend to stay. Hope the owner fixes these issues for future guests.
