So whether you are boating, fishing, swimming, riding around in your golf cart, or sitting back enjoying the view, you will love this cozy little house. It has a fully equipped kitchen and 3 Smart TV's to stream your favorite shows. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home away from home. You have access to the pier, small boat ramp, and playground within a 100 feet of the property. We are located about 1 hour from Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, and the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. Just down the road from Mathews County, Gloucester, Gwynns Island, Virginia Motor Speedway, Urbanna, and Five minutes from the Piankatank River Golf Club.

Host was very responsive. Property was clean and had everything as listed. Great location for kayaking and playground for kids. I would stay here again.

I and some other croquet players were staying here recently for the World Golf Croquet Championships. It's only about 10 minutes from the courts, so very convenient for early morning games.
The host was very responsive and the price was quite reasonable for the area and the amount of time we spent there.
All of us would absolutely stay there again.

House super clean and updated. Right on the water. Air fryer, coffee maker, etc provided. Tvs in all but 1 room. Lots of room for 4 folks.
