As you enter this splendid air-conditioned retreat, you will find a spacious layout with a welcoming living area with a smart TV with streaming and cable services, a full-sized dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. A laundry room with a washer/dryer off of the kitchen offers the final touch of convenience and comfort to make this feel like your home away from home.
Large sliding doors lead to the covered patio and a screened pool area. The patio offers a great spot to dine alfresco and two comfy poolside loungers. The sparkling heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa is the definition of relaxation. Spend your evenings cooling down or treating yourself to a soothing bath.
The second floor features all four bedrooms. There are two primary suites, each with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a Finding Nemo theme.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

The home is beautiful & just as described. Plenty of space for a family. Upon check in we ran into some difficulties with the check in code, called for assistance and were on hold for an abundance of time. Text was sent and I believe it was 40 minutes before we got a response. The code was reset and we were able to get in. The host was helpful when needed. We were just exhausted after driving 15 hours then being unable to get into the home right away. The pool was very nice and the water was the perfect temperature. There was a range to set thermostat at but we noticed if you turned it to 74 as instructed for some reason the house would end up changing and the temperature would go up in the middle of the night. Overall this was a great stay. There’s pretty much everything there you’d need to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The home was pretty clean. There was a dead lizard in the one closet in a bedroom that we ended up not using which I’m not sure how long it had been there. We would stay here again!

This home is very comfortable very clean and well kept. The pool looks like it was just resurfaced and tiled as it is very clean and bright. The kitchen has just enough of what you need and the home is spacious. I will definitely book this home again. Bedrooms are all nice as well and the mattress and pillows were comforrtable. Good quality sheets and towels.

This place was an “okay” stay. The overall house is very nice. The only few complaints I have is that the jacuzzi and pool heat has to be reserved so be mindful when booking not to overlook that part that is mentioned in the parking category. It also does not get very warm unless it is already hot outside because it heats up based off the temperature outside. Which is odd because if it’s cool outside you'll basically get no heat in the jacuzzi or the pool it’ll just be cold the whole time and pretty much paid for nothing, but I’m not from Florida so maybe that’s a common thing but it just didn’t make sense to me to have it based off temperature. Anyways, the WiFi doesn’t work all that great. The thermostat to control the AC barely works so it is very hot at times.There are no condiments not even salt or pepper for food provided so be prepared to buy everything on your own. But other than that the place was nice the patio was still a great place to relax and enjoy the weather. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Just a few things to be mindful of!
