Short term rental up for your consideration. We are offering this newly renovated first floor apartment that has the following. Small kitchen/dinning area which includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, sink, toaster oven, microwave, kettle for tea/coffee, keurig machine.

This apartment has a full bath which includes everything you need such as a stand up walled shower, commode and hand sink. The living room offers a comfy couch which also doubles as your sleeping area for two. The couch is a pull out bed with two windows that welcome natural light to create a relaxing atmosphere.

We have done a lot of work to make this space a welcoming, cozy and comfortable set up for 1 - 2 people. We are continuing working to make it even better. Our guests will enjoy and have their own parking space, high speed Wifi, 58” smart TV, outside lawn furniture, outside fire pit, barbecue, gym with exercise equipment, and outside lawn umbrella/shade.

Full disclosure. This is a shared 3-story townhome. Myself and grandson occupy the upper two floors. The rental is a 1st floor apartment which does have its own coded security entrance door which isolates the apartment to give you privacy and security. This coded security apartment entrance door is just inside the shared front door. The house is often quiet as we are working during the day mostly. However we may cross paths entering in or leaving. We appreciate our guests and hope you enjoy your stay in this historic area. There are many local attractions within just a few miles.
