The house was just as described on the inside. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our only complain is the neighborhood. We came back late several evenings and the neighborbood was not great. The neighbor two houses down was often out stumbling drunk around the streets. I will say, he didn't bother us or cause any problems, but we stayed clear of him just to be safe. The prooerty manager was easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early, which was nice.

Interior of the house was really nice and well taken care of. The exterior wasn’t well maintained. There was a good selection of dvds but no dvd player. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Not to far from the beach and zoo. With plenty of activities to do in the area.

The pictures of the property appear to be taken immediately after the remodel. The owner stores a boat and other items on the property, the images of a large backyard concrete pad for "parking" or "recreation" are unrealistic, as the driveway is used to store a boat.
The neighborhood is low income and while no break-ins occurred our dash cams did capture individuals peering into our vehicle's windows after dark. There is also a train track 4 houses down that is used at least once an hour. Train horns are common all day and night and difficult to sleep through.
Access to the beach and other amenities are nice, the beach is close and plenty of good options for food. The property itself was clean, although the locks are difficult to use. Communication with the host was polite and easy, would rent again, but knowing more about the area and the property could benefit future renters.

This house was the perfect size for a girl’s weekend away. Everything was clean. The only thing we were disappointed about is that although there is a screened in porch in front and back patio as the listing states, there is no furniture so these outdoor spaces weren’t useable as we expected.
