The Space:
Our spacious two bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Getting Around:
A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

It was nice. Just a little nosier than what we are use to.
Close to the venue of the wedding we attended. The towels needed to be bleached, the shower heads needed to be cleaned and they did leak a little. The bed pillows could be replaced with some bigger better ones. It was convenient close to everything.

We stayed at this location for a conference. The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was excellent at communicating with us during our stay. The property is a 20+ minute walk from the conference center. The only downside to the property was the night time activities outside our door. Most nights there was yelling and flashing lights outside. At times, these activities would awaken our party. While we did not feel unsafe, we were very strategic about when and how we ventured out at night.

The location was convenient to Monument Circle and Mass Ave where we spent much of our time. We walked or easily used the Bird and Lime scooters to get around. The parking was fairly easy and not too expensive but my friend got a dent and hole in her car door.
The previous reviews had mentioned a high homeless population and they were not wrong. Overall we had no problems with anyone but as with any city location it is something to be aware of.
We had booked this location largely for the pool so we were disappointed to find out it was in a separate building. It was nice but not as convenient as implied. The “fully stocked kitchen” was definitely not. Despite being a listing that sleeps more than four there were not enough glasses, plates, etc for the four of us. Along those lines was a confusion with the pool bracelets. We were told there would be three (which again was not enough) and there were actually only two. Thankfully we were able to still use the pool after speaking with security.
In general it was a fine place to land for our trip but not as nice as we had expected.
