It was a nice beach property and close to the beach. We had a lot of cockroach problems. There were areas that could be cleaner. The trash bins were filthy and the cabinet they are in as well. Doors and door jams could use a good cleaning. The bathroom windows looked like someone tried to wash them but whe light light showed through it was just a dirty rag smeared around. We had an 8 month old with us crawling around and her outfits were black when picked her up. The linens and bathrooms were clean though. We own rentals as well and expect beach towels and paper goods to accommodate the amount of people staying in the unit. Just being honest. The owners were very accommodating when we needed something.

The location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach and is on a quieter end of the PCB area. Rooms were all comfortable, lots of space, very very clean. We would love to rent this again.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and just steps from the beach. Plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen for meals. Plenty of towels and a spacious bathrooms.
