Guests can walk 5–7 minutes to Pelada Beach or 10 minutes to North Guiones for surf, yoga, and sunset views. Enjoy tide pool exploration, scenic beach hikes, or lazy afternoons in the shade—all right from your doorstep.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.

We had an awesome week in Nosara. The people, the restaurants/food, the surf/surfing, yoga, and nearby adventures (snorkeling in San Juanilla and zip lining) were all fantastic! For this location, I recommend booking some kind of transportation -- a golf car, car, ATV, or moped. It's doable without, but for us with kids, a car was necessary for going out in Guiones at night. All in all, a terrific week in beautiful Costa Rica!

The property is new, modern, secure and beautiful. A wonderful place to rest in between trips to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!
