APARTMENT for up to 6 persons lake view located in the beautiful Villa da Sacco in Colà di LAZISE. The flat is on 2 floors and is located on the second floor. It has a spacious living room with kitchenette, a large sofa/double bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor (maximum height 2.10 m), with 2 rooms and a utility room where there is another sofa bed for 2 people. Heating with methane gas. Characteristic feature of the property is the exposed wooden ceiling. It has a garage with up-and-over door and an outside parking space of its own. There is air conditioning in the flat.Animals are unfortunately not allowed.The Villa da Sacco dates back to 1880 and was renovated in 2003. It has a large park of about 20000 square metres overlooking the hill where the historic centre of Colà is located. Inside the property, in addition to charming footpaths, there is a beautiful swimming pool with a solarium area and other common areas. The area is extremely quiet and within easy reach of essential services such as supermarket, bars and restaurants. Just one km away is the beautiful Cedri thermal park. The lake is only 3 km away and the Affi exit can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
