This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your getaway to the world-renowned Cannes. Situated right behind Hotel Martinez, you’ll be only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the famous Boulevard de la Croisette. Ideal for both tourists and delegates travelling for the Cannes film festival, MIPIM, LIONS, or other conference and holidays.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. You’ll love the open space living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, three cozy bedrooms (including master with ensuite bathroom) and a balcony with partial sea view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissant.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.

the apartment is very nice and clean. if you are coming from US you might get shocked at the beginning how small the elevators and rooms are, but this is Europe. the rooms are a bit too noisy and that is due to the motorcycles that pass the building 24/7 but overall, it is a great apartment with an excellent location.
