In Bonassola, Villa "Ciò" offers stunning sea views. The 150 m² property accommodates up to 7 guests and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You will find Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a private terrace perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre (15 minutes by train), Bonassola beach, Salto della Lepre, and the Mare e Monti cycling path. Two parking spaces are included. Families are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Late check-in is available on request for an extra fee (not guaranteed after 11:00 pm). Please respect cleanliness and manage waste properly. Only one set of keys is provided. A basic welcome kit (toilet paper and soap) is included; we recommend bringing your own kitchen and hygiene essentials, including dish towels and condiments.
The included welcome kit provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not supplied. This is not a hotel: please bring everything you need that is not listed in the property description.

In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments generally have a maximum of 3KW, so please avoid using all appliances at the same time.

Communication for this home is poor with the home owner. The home was very difficult to locate via GPS. Their were no instructions given on how to better locate the home. The owner finally came to get us and have us follow his bike. There were 2 rolls of TP for 7 people. The home had no paper towels or dish towels.
The rooms were spacious. The beds hard. While the view was beautiful, this is not a home I'd recommend.
