The house was well maintained, close to the beach and pool! My family loved that we are also close to shops and restaurants. The homeowner provided bar soaps, wipes, towels for us to use. The kitchen was nice and we used it to eat breakfast and there was pans and utensils to use. The only downsides were that the floor felt dirty when we arrived, bathrooms and showers were clean. We were a group of 9 and all slept comfortably.
