Enjoy a delightful stay in a recently renovated, newly furnished guest cottage with water views in charming Oxford, Maryland. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of Town Creek. Take a short walk or bike ride to town where you can enjoy fine dining and shopping. The house is equipped with TV, Wifi, AC to make your stay comfortable. There is reserved parking in front of the house and enjoy dining on the outside porch.

• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew. No loud, unnecessary or disturbing noise especially from 10pm to 7am.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher as you leave.
• Please take the trash out before you leave to the shed in back.
• Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
