The loft is open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. hardwood floor throughout and tile in the bathrooms. You are within walking distance to the Mississippi River, St. Feriole Island and the Prairie du Chien Marina. All of the downtown restaurants, bars and shops are within one block or two from this location.

Only complaints are air didn’t work. It was 80 degrees with one window air conditioner. And the washer/dryer cost 1.25 each and were located in main hallway. They were filthy and hallway was sketchy. Apartment itself was clean and property manager always responded quickly.
