We had families in mind when we designed Casa del Sol. Our cozy air conditioned sunroom is perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play in the pool, unless, of course, you jump in with them! Our comfy living room is perfect for movie night after a long day of play.
This home is in a great neighborhood. Heated salt water pool, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, fenced in back yard, close to the beach, manatees, kayaking, picnics, state parks, shopping, Busch Gardens and not too far from Orlando. Come stay with us!!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The property was super clean, fun, and exactly as described. Everything was well-organized with all essentials needed that made for a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Great communication with the owners of the home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway! We will definitely return if we need to visit Spring Hill. Thank you Bruce and Janet.

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The enclosed in-ground pool was absolutely breathtaking — and safe, which gave us peace of mind with our toddlers around. The layout of the home was super toddler-friendly, with plenty of open space to play and no major hazards. It was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. I’d recommend this home to anyone, especially families with young kids. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This was our second time staying at this house. We love it so much! The house is perfect, and you won’t find better hosts than Bruce and Janet. We plan to visit Florida more often, and our only wish is for a 2 or 3 night minimum instead of 5. We will probably not stay more than a few days when we visit. If we do want 5 nights, we will be sure to stay here again if it’s available.
