About this house rental
Welcome to "John and Mary's Place" a completely new renovated house with views of the Spring River! Escape and unwind in our modern cozy farmhouse-style home that will easily sleep 12 of your favorite people! Large front porch, 3 smart TVs, coffee bar, game room, pool table, and fireplace!
John and Mary's Place is centrally located just a few blocks from the main street, restaurants, and shops. Within walking distance to Lasseter Access a great location for fishing, swimming, or floating!
This home is perfect for both gathering family and friends or enjoying a private and romantic getaway.
On the main level, there is a large master bedroom with an attached full bath access to large patio doors to the front deck and an additional two bedrooms with a full bath and half bath.
Downstairs, there are two queen beds second and third full-size baths, and a family room.
There are ceiling fans in every bedroom and portable stand fans.
The large family room features stylish farmhouse decor and a large picture window (+ views!), and plenty of comfortable seating. The floor plan is open and perfect for enjoying each other's company.
The well-outfitted kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, and a large kitchen island for entertaining.
The eat-in dining area table can seat 3, and additional seating for 4 at the bar.
The large basement has a pool table, large sofas, a gas fireplace, a TV, and additional games.
There is a gas grill off of the family/dining areas to extend your living space outdoors.
- We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and lotion. You may need to buy more.
- We do provide firewood for the fire pit and fireplace as well as propane for the upper deck grill.
