Nearby access to public boat launch, Tellico Village golf courses, hiking, and all the Knoxville/Smokey Mountain area has to offer. Up to 2 well behaved dogs each 50 lbs or less are welcome, with permission. Please be aware that the owner are onsite with 2 well behaved and friendly dogs who are off leash on property

Marsha and Gordon are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to anything you need or inquire about. The home is exactly like the pictures depict and was so quiet and relaxing we didn’t want to leave!

The Cottage at Casa del Arbol is just breathtaking. So spacious, tastefully decorated, new and offering total tranquility. The hosts were wonderful and were there to please, wanting to make sure your experience exceeded all expectations. Without question they did! I would stay here again without question. 5 Stars
