About this apartment rental
Take in the intracoastal water views at this centrally-located, beautifully updated and decorated 1-bedroom waterfront condo within the pristine gated community of Madeira Beach Yacht Club. This well-equipped private oasis is just the getaway you were looking for. Great amenities such as your own washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom.
Beach, shopping (boutiques, full grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store, liquor store), a variety of great bars and restaurants as well as the R.O.C. park amenities (tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, playground) are all within a 2–5 minute walk.
The kitchen has everything you may need (other than the groceries): stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. We do provide a starter supply of paper towels, detergent, sponge, dishwasher soap and coffee pods — if you need more during your stay, the grocery store is just across the street.
Watch the boats come in from your balcony, set up with two chairs and a small table.
Looking to get online or kick back and watch some TV? High-speed Wi-Fi is provided as well as a 58” smart TV — log in with your streaming accounts or enjoy the provided cable.
We have provided a beach cart with two chairs, an umbrella, cooler and towels for you to enjoy your day at the beach in comfort. There are loungers with chairs set up for rent at the beach as well if you prefer to only take the towels along.

The condo itself was undamaged during the hurricanes.
The view remains the same and the path along the water is beautiful.
The main community pool is fully restored, beautiful, heated and open! The fishing piers are open. The rest of the community amenities are being renovated. We have updated our amenities list to reflect this. We do not have an ETA from the community on anything under renovation at this time and will update the listing as we get information.
The beach is walkable and beautiful — the sand is back to being combed every day, the chair and umbrella rental vendor is back and operational (we do provide you with our own chairs and umbrella and wagon if you'd like to take that instead). The facilities at the beach such as the restroom and the bar are under renovation.
The businesses in the area have reopened! Plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the grocery store and pharmacy.

Cute 1 bed/bath condo. Pros- had supplies to get us started and 2 chairs and a wagon to use for the beach. It was a clean unit and the neighbor was friendly. Cons- small area for 4 adults - parents and two sons for the price.Pool tables and game room at the yacht club is still closed which was a bummer for our boys who really enjoyed that last time we stayed here. That is not the owners fault and totally out of their control. Some condo work and construction sounds from the lower units being worked on but really it wasn't terrible.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Communication with the host was great! The unit was as described and pictured. Great location - right next to a grocery store, CVS, a few restaurants and bars. Walkable distance to a few others. Right across the street from the beach and on the intercostal.
