Brand new studio located only 7-10 mins to downtown Nashville, BNA, and many of the city's top attractions including Broadway, Top Golf, & Country Music Hall of Fame! We cant wait to host your getaway to Music City!
It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a queen size bed w/ a memory foam mattress and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked as well with a complimentary coffee bar.
*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

This apartment is well appointed for a short-term rental. Far better than a hotel room. The location is well situated to access commercial businesses near the airport. The apartment complex is a mixed bag. The first night of our stay was peaceful. The remaining nights to an include a Friday had a lot of noise. There was constant people traffic outside our front door and banging and other noises overnight. The apartment complex was a bit like a dorm. All that said, we would stay again.

Super Cute, Clean and organized flat with free & ample parking. Has everything you need for a quick trip or week long stay. 2 stop lights away from the main highway to get you anywhere to DT, Opry Mills or Gulch areas within 15 mins. (Depending on traffic & time of day) Even met a neighbor who lives in the building full time, very nice and helpful for directions, restaurant recommendations etc. Would stay again or try a different flat that they also offer with different themes/decor.
