About this house rental
Windy Dunes is one of those original classic beach cottages with some updates but keeping the character like the old cypress throughout. Situated on an elevated, private lot, it offers convenient parking on Ocean Dr, as well as additional space in the back via Fairfax.
The spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has a master suite with a walk-in shower plus a deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Upper Level:
The great room, 3 bedrooms (with TVs) including the master suite, 2 ½ baths, a second TV room and a laundry room are on the main level. There is a partially covered deck for secluded outdoor dining and rockers for relaxing.
Lower Level:
A large rec room with a ping pong table for that competitive side, a Pac Man game, a game table, a sitting area with a TV, a bedroom with bathroom, a second kitchen and a cute twin bed tucked under the stairs. Outside, there is an enclosed oversized hot and cold shower with a changing area.
Total Bed Count: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, and 3 twins.
The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing convenience and boasts 7 Smart TVs, with access to various streaming services that guests can log into with their own accounts.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need as well as a Keurig coffee maker, a mixer, and a blender!
NOTE: Exterior lift is not available for guest use at any time.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The house was mostly great. Very architecturally eclectic in the best way possible! You can tell the owner takes pride in their restoration work and the details. The outdoor spaces, the short walk the beach, and the beach access were amazing. The owner needs to work on a couple of details but nothing major. Response from Bluewater was disappointing. We had an unfortunate incident caused by the guests who stayed the week before us. We were very responsive in getting right back to Bluewater and opening the house for them to rectify the incident; however, Bluewater did not return our calls two days later.
