The olive green accents & detailed tile spread throughout the home make it unique and one-of-a-kind. Downstairs you will find the living and dining area, kitchen, half bath, bunk room + ensuite bathroom. Located upstairs are the second and third bedrooms each of which have their own bathrooms + private balconies.
Exterior:
The outdoor living spaces at Sunny Side will quickly become your favorite place to spend time. The front of the home has a private courtyard area that features two hammocks + additional seating. The back porch is covered and has a TV, table, seating, and multiple fans to help keep you more comfortable in the summer heat. Off of the back deck you will also find the fire-pit with adirondack chairs.
