The Volpe rossa cottage is ideal for 6 persons and especially for a couple with a large family.
From the flat's large patio, you immerse yourself in nature in an 800 square metre garden and a silent, centuries-old forest of oaks and holm oaks.
It consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed with a regular mattress, a modular kitchen with appliances, well equipped with dishes and a dishwasher. A double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 cm. The functional and comfortable bathroom consists of: washbasin, bidet, toilet and large shower with cubicle. The flat is also equipped with mosquito nets. A barbecue for charcoal is also available in the flat.

The flat is equipped with TV- SAT, WIFI, safe, washing machine and independent heating and AIR CONDITIONING.
The Volpe Rossa cottage is 100 metres from a service complex with swimming pool, bar. within walking distance.
In this complex you can use the swimming pool ca. 25x15 mt., opening 10 June, closing 10 September, to be paid on the spot - Entrance fee 4 persons - Rental n. 1 beach umbrella + n. 1 sunbed + 1 chair. As places in the pool are limited, it must be booked when booking the house.
Possibility of excursions and beautiful walks directly from the house in the surrounding hills and scrubland
In the immediate vicinity of the village are: Monteverdi Marittimo which is Km. 5 away; Sassetta 5 and Suvereto Km. 19; Castagneto Carducci Km. 10; Bolgheri Km. 12; Marina di Donoratico and its splendid sea Km. 15. The town of Volterra, a place of undoubted tourist, historical and artistic interest, is 40 km away and can be reached by a state road immersed in the splendid Tuscan hills.
