If you are looking for a spacious home with amazing, long-range, mountain views, look no further than Sunrise Kingdom! Imagine the serenity of watching the sunrise every morning from the expansive deck, while taking in the fresh mountain air. Located about 15 minutes to the artsy town of Cashiers and Highlands, with convenient access to Lake Glenville and Sylva/Cullowhee. This area is filled with rivers and waterfalls and plenty of things to do, including golf, tennis, fly-fishing, hiking, cycling, and more.
You'll be greeted with a wall of windows, allowing the natural light to flood in. Get comfortable in main living room with cathedral ceilings, featuring a wood burning stone fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen is perfectly designed for the chef of the group and there is plenty of space to gather around the dining room table and enjoy it together.
Head down to the lower-level family room for an evening of fun in the game room with a wet bar. With 3 bedrooms, all with king beds, a loft area with 2 twin bunks (4 twins beds) and 2 pull out sofas, there will be space to ensure good rest for everyone. With all of the amenities onsite as well as in the area, this is the perfect mountain lodge for your WNC vacation!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

This property was very clean and fresh feeling. Check in was a breeze, Yonder was quick to respond to a question upon arrival and obviously has an effective system of managing property. The kitchen is large, well equipped and can accommodate multiple cooks at one time. Bedrooms are nicely spaced for privacy (*bunk room open loft area). We enjoyed eating on the porch as well as relaxing before and after on the deck…. What a beautiful view! Parking is tight and turn around space can be difficult to manage. With traffic coming around sharp turns from both sides backing out could be dangerous. Overall a very comfortable stay. We would happily reserve this property another time.

Loved the property. Our first night we were treated to a fireworks show directly off the patio. Awesome!The property was a bit further from Highlands than we would have preferred but was worth the drive. We spent time at the Old Edward’s golf club and it was very convenient to it. The entire property was well maintained and very comfortable. There were only 3 of us but this home would be great for a large family gathering. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for a girl’s weekend and the view is amazing from the back deck. Location is about 20 min to highlands and close to a few other cities as well. Comfortable beds with plenty of space!
