About this house rental
Located in Squirrel Valley, CA, this newly renovated home is bright, clean and spacious! Amenities include a well appointed kitchen, outdoor fire pit, covered patio space, wrap around porch, a jetted indoor smart jacuzzi tub, an oversized Premier bedroom suite with it's own mini living room and 2 65" Smart TV's, 1, 75" Smart TV in the living room, 4, 55" smart TV's in all the bedrooms, 1000 Mbps WiFi and smart TV streaming, work desk, a Hydro rowing machine, and a washer and dryer. This home has everything to be your home away from home and 5 minutes from all the fun at the lake.
The covered patio has a grill and pizza oven for you to enjoy. The wrap around porch is adorned with red, white, and blue Adirondack Chairs to sit back in and soak up the fresh air and mountain views
The home has 4 bedrooms :
Our beautiful Premier Suite on the second floor has 25ft vaulted ceilings, 1 King Bed, a seating area complete with couch and furnace fireplace, a Hydro rowing machine, double sliding glass doors leading to a balcony, and a walk-in closet. Its bathroom has lighted mirrors, double sinks, and an indoor Steam Shower with Chromotherapy, full body jets (20 in total), dual rainfall heads, and built-in bluetooth speakers. There is a private balcony with 2 yellow Adirondack rocking chairs.
The second Junior Suite has 2 full beds, huge walk-in closet, its own private bathroom with double sinks, lighted mirrors, and separate bathtub.
The third bedroom has 1 queen bed, with plenty of sunlight, and a dresser with mirror.
The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, with 4 trundle twin beds, a closet, and access to the downstairs bathroom, which features a 2 person indoor hot tub bathtub with LED lighting and touch screen controls with built-in bluetooth and speaker. We have provided 2 rollaway beds in both the upstairs and downstairs closet to fit two extra people. This room also has an Xbox One with 2 wired remotes and a Street Fighter Arcade counsel.
That's 10 beds! Sleeps 14 people comfortably!
Covered RV or boat parking, 2 car detached garage, with room for up to 6 cars.
Check-in is anytime after 3pm via lockbox.
