My husband and I were over-the-top happy with the boutique. It was a wonderful stay on a cul-de-sac right near a delish coffee/bagel place. We met the nice owner of this amazing space that she meticulously and beautifully decorated. It will be our go-to place from now on!

Clean, updated and conveniently located property with bonus 2nd bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Complementary coffee and tea was available as well as standard spices and cooking oil. Having a 2nd living/tv area plus yard would be great feature for the warmer months. We loved how it was on a quiet cut-de-sac but close by to restaurants. What a treat not to worry about street parking in this area!

We visited a family member who recently moved to Oak Park. The Chic Boutique was literally a 3 minute walk to her apartment. Beautiful neighborhood, comfortable, sparkling clean, quiet and peaceful. We will be back!

The cleanest rental we have ever stayed at with easy outdoor parking. It is a nice size and set up with the kitchen equipment we needed for a six-night stay. Enjoyed the table out back as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property while we were attending a family wedding. It was exactly as advertised in the listing. It was very clean. And had the amenities we needed to get us through a family wedding weekend. We enjoyed going for walks to the local parks, the neighborhood felt very safe. Our host was readily available if we had questions and responded very quickly.

The property was just as it was listed and more. It was absolutely adorable and a wonderful place to stay. Very cozy and spacious. We enjoyed making meals in the beautiful kitchen that had everything you need. Great backyard and place to eat outside as well. Parking was easy. Chicago was only 8 miles away, so it was easy to hop on the tram to go into Chicago. Oak Park was fun to explore as well. So much architectural buildings (Frank Lloyd Wright and the Cheney House) in Oak Park. Krystal was very responsive if needed and gave us a list of things in the area to check out. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised about the 1/2 bathroom! That was a bonus with having four adult guests. Home was clean and beautifully decorated. We visit annually and hopefully this unit will always be available when we travel. As it is close to our relatives. Only suggestions would be extra bedding/linen/towels as a backup and a full-length mirror in one/both of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the complimentary water and herbal tea. Thank you!

The property was very cute and spacious. The neighborhood was chic and safe. The only recommendation that we would have is for the host to get a full length mirror for the girlies ;). Other than that the stay was perfect and the beds were so comfortable.

The place was spotless and Krystal was super welcoming and clear with our communications. The neighborhood has lots of cute old homes and is convenient to a few restaurants, including Giordano's Chicago style pizza and a local ice cream place. We'd totally stay again.

Stayed here for a week. Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Very modern. Krystal the host was also great, very quick to respond to any inquiry. About a 15 minute walk to the train in you want to go into downtown Chicago but downtown Oak Park is great too. If you have a car best to use the parking space at the back of the property as we got a parking ticket/citation when we left it overnight out the front. No problem to park out front during the day though. Krystal did say it had never happened before so I guess we were unlucky. Very lovely apartment, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Chic Boutique! Location was fantastic - lovely, safe neighborhood. Parking was great - that was an area of concern for us but the quiet cul de sac was perfect with plenty of places to park. The house/apartment itself was perfect for us. Beautiful, well appointed yet comfortable - it had everything we needed and more. Quiet at night, too! We especially loved The Daly Bagel nearby. Highly recommend!

This property is even nicer than the photos. The house is well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the house has central A/C, which isn't always easy to find in this areas. More importantly, the owner is a clear communicator. She made the the process very easy. This is a nice house on a cute, quiet street. I highly recommend it.

A friend and I stayed here to go to a concert in a nearby park. It was very clean and the host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The space is exactly as pictured, and the beds are decently comfortable with lots of pillows.

Place was accommodating to my needs. Host was convient. Parking was ideal. Bed was comfy. I appreciated the tea and sun roof. Had a little issue with lockbox as we were checking in and my family was oddly advised to vape in the backyard and not in front yard which was a bit odd. I think that should have been in the rules.. otherwise my overall 2 night experience was fine there.
