Our "Oleandro Homes" offer wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and are surrounded by unspoiled nature.
Colorful houses, built in the Mediterranean style, are set among flower gardens and winding paths. Each house is 50m in size and can accommodate up to four people in a double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The houses feature a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator…), a living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace offering panoramic sea views. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, a hair dryer, and a welcome kit. The spaces are functional and decorated with attention to detail.
Just a 5-minute drive from the homes, you’ll arrive at the beautiful Baia della Marinedda beach (Blue Flag 2018). It is a 54.1 km long beach with golden sand and crystal-clear water. There you’ll find restaurants, bars, sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats… Perfect for families with children.
A 10-minute drive from the homes will take you to the town of Isola Rossa. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies… and also a harbor where you can take boat trips or rent boats and catamarans.
Just a 10-minute walk from your home, there’s a beautiful bar where you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset. Next to the bar is a rocky cove (Cala Li Canneddi) where you can go for walks or hike amidst fairytale-like landscapes.

Our houses are an excellent base for exploring northwestern Sardinia, with its stunning beaches such as Li Cossi, Spiaggetta di Li Tinnar, and the beautiful, kilometer-long Li Feruli beach. There are charming villages like Aggius and Castelsardo. For fun for all ages, don’t miss a day at Acquafantasy, a water park with panoramic views of the coast. For sports enthusiasts, there are opportunities to try surfing, SUP, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, and wakeboarding. You can go snorkeling and scuba diving among the cliffs of Punta Canneddi and Costa Paradiso. You’ll be amazed by the wonderful underwater world you’ll find there. You can admire red corals and ravines teeming with many species of fish.

You should rent a car because, at the residence, there are no bars, restaurants, or swimming pools—these services will open next year—and a car is also useful for reaching the beaches and beautiful spots in Sardinia
The resort is an hour’s drive from Olbia or Alghero Fertilia Airport. You can bring your car by ferry from Genoa or Rome, or rent a car at the airport.
